喷涂工艺技术
陶瓷是一种化学稳定性高,硬度高,耐磨损耐腐蚀的材料。常规的机械加工手段难以对陶瓷实施精细的制作加工。
激光的空间相干性很好,发散角小,方向性好,因此激光经透镜聚焦形成的光斑上可以形成极高的能量的密度,这种方向性好、功率密度极高的激光束可以作为特殊的材料加工手段应用在陶瓷精细加工中来。激光雕刻陶瓷网纹辊是利用了激光所具有的特点,在计算机的控制下,在金属基辊外园表面喷涂的一层陶瓷上汽化形成一只只网孔。由于激光功率的高稳定性和计算机控制的高准确性,所形成孔穴可以做到大小深浅一致,网壁较厚且完整,网孔排列角准确。
陶瓷网纹辊具有精确的计量功能。一方面表现在载墨量的大小可通过陶瓷网纹辊的线数来获取;另一方面,对于同一线数的陶瓷网纹辊而言,还可以通过改变网穴深度或改变网穴开口与网墙的比值来得到不同的载墨量。同时,陶瓷网纹辊还具备以下特点:陶瓷层硬度超过HV1300,极好的耐磨性保证了计量功能的持久性,使用寿命长。陶瓷层化学稳定性好,辊面耐腐蚀性极佳。圆形平滑网穴,存墨量大,释墨性好。蜂巢形网穴排布,涂层均匀性好。网穴墙壁薄细坚硬,可获得较均匀的印刷油墨或涂层。可降低环境污染,实现绿色环保印刷。

Conventional mechnical method is difficult to get the fine processing of ceramics. The spatial coherence of the laser is very good, with small divergence angle, and good direction, so the laser focused by a lens formed on the spot can be formed with high energy density of the laser beam. The laser engraving ceramic anilox roller is characterized in utility of the laser, by controlling of the computer the coated ceramic layer will be engraved with meshes.
Due to the high accuracy and high stability of the computer, the formed meshes in uniform depth, wall thickness and sequence.
